Human Mane-iac was wrapped her mane by itself after she was defeated, static4.wikia.nocookie.net/__c… but Nightmare Moon came to her, so she uses magic to find Mane-iac's feet and She tickled Mane-iac's feet because she was crackling. (crazy laugh)
